As a senior associate, Mario focuses on real estate and real estate-related industries. He is responsible for all aspects of asset management for existing assets, evaluating the performance of the real estate portfolio, and working with the investment team on strategic real estate matters across EGI’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining EGI in 2022, Mario was an associate at Griffin Realty Trust, a net-lease real estate investment trust, where he focused on asset and portfolio management of office and industrial properties throughout the eastern half of the U.S. Mario also worked as an acquisitions analyst at Blue Vista Capital Management, where he focused on joint-venture acquisitions and developments across various asset classes throughout the U.S. and Canada. His experience also includes roles in direct debt and equity investments, restructurings, dispositions, and fundraising.
Mario holds a BBA in finance and real estate from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
