Matt evaluates potential new investments and works directly with existing assets. He supports EGI’s investments in Paper Transport, a for-hire trucking company focused on dedicated truckload, intermodal, and brokerage services, and Elessent Clean Technologies, a global leader in process technologies to drive sustainability and carbon neutrality across industrial end markets.
Prior to joining EGI in 2022, Matt was an investment banking associate at Livingstone Partners, where he focused on executing mergers and acquisitions and debt advisory for clients. He also worked as associate at PNC Riverarch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, where he evaluated new investments and supported existing portfolio companies.
Matt holds a BS in finance from the University of Missouri.
