Wade works closely with EGI’s investment team on transactions and other investment matters.
Prior to joining EGI, Wade served as an associate at Vedder Price P.C. and at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C., where he specialized in transactional matters and general corporate law. Wade routinely counseled clients on various legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiation, and corporate governance.
Wade earned a JD magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BA from Colgate University.
