As Associate General Counsel, Megan applies her combined expertise in law and investments to work closely with EGI’s investment team on transactions and other investment matters.
Prior to joining EGI in 2021, she served as associate general counsel for Aon plc where she led all aspects of the firm’s global M&A transactions and was a member of the global M&A Integration Governance Committee, which oversaw integrations of acquired businesses. In private practice, Megan worked for Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Chicago.
She earned a JD, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, and a BS in Finance from Miami University (Ohio).
