As a Vice President of Business Development, Garrett is responsible for investment sourcing and business development activities. He works closely with EGI’s investment team and intermediary partners to identify, evaluate, and advance new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining EGI in 2026, Garrett served as vice president of Corporate Development at Ntiva, a managed IT services provider (MSP). In this role, he led Ntiva’s M&A strategy and execution, overseeing target sourcing, diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration to support the company’s growth initiatives. Previously, Garrett was a senior associate at PSP Capital Partners, where he supported the firm’s initial platform investment in Ntiva.
Garrett earned a BBA in finance from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business, graduating with distinction.
