As an Associate, Mason evaluates potential new investments and works directly with existing assets. He supports EGI’s investments in Ardent Health, a provider of hospital and health care services, and CraneWorks, a dealer of new and used truck-mounted and related mobile crane equipment.
Prior to joining EGI in 2025, Mason worked as a senior associate for Valesco Industries, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on manufacturing and distribution businesses. Previously, Mason worked as a Consultant in FTI Consulting’s restructuring practice.
Mason holds a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University.
